A beautiful campsite in our foodforest with shared swimming facilities. 6 pitches, tents only.
Our campsite is for tents only, and situated in our foodforest (permaculture), where you can pick your own vegetables and fruit (if available off course).
Camping Le Jardin des Druides is a quiet site situated near the massive and beautiful Foret d’Ecouves (5 minute drive), an area brimming with wildlife, footpaths (including 2 ‘Grande Randonnées’ (Long distance walking routes)), cycle paths and natural attractions – yet this corner of France where life ambles on at a leisurely pace is still undiscovered by many.
Le Jardin des Druides prides itself on being a small, quiet, tranquil site where our guests can relax, unwind, enjoy the stunning setting and the sights and sounds of the wildlife in the neighbouring farmlands and Ecouves Forest. The campsite slopes gently to the northwest, giving panoramic views across the farmlands and Ecouves Forest.
Deer are often seen in the early morning and at dusk. You may also have the priveledge to observing wild boar in the forest, badgers, foxes and many little creatures as they go about their lives.
Dogs are not allowed on the campsite, because we have to protect our own animals which are walking free on our land.
Campervans, caravans,folding trailers and cars with rooftop tent are not allowed due to our terrain.
In July and August we have a minimum stay of 3 nights.
